The Dismissed Executive

In several instances in which I was asked to review the restricted share unit plan of a dismissed executive where the parent company was a US-based corporation, my review of the plan documentation revealed that the plan was a restricted share plan rather than a restricted share unit plan. My expert witness evidence resulted in awards of additional damages of $700,000 in one instance and settlements of over $250,000 in two other instances.
